Cancellation Policy

Your subscription policy will auto renew itself 30 days after your initial purchase.  Any cancellation received at least 5 days prior to the subscription renewal date will be effective immediately.    

For example:  

Initial Subscription Sign Up Date:  March 5

Next Subscription Charge Date:  April 4

Last Day To Cancel: March 31

Cancellation after March 31 will result in the billing of the current cycle, and will be effective for the next cycle.   This is because your subscription is sent out 5 days prior to the subscription charge date.  Once we shipped the goods, we will not be able to recall it. 

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us – we want to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible.   All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping.  In the event that there is a problem upon receiving of any order, please contact us to resolve any issues.

If for some reason, you are not happy with your order, and wish to return.  Please write to us within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.     All perishables candies, loose leaf teas, and any types of powders (ginseng or chaga) cannot be returned, and can only receive full or partial store credit.   Other edibles must be in original condition and packaging for a return.  We cannot accept any opened packages.  

Customers are responsible for any shipping fees when returning item(s). Pending inspection of the returned product, Golden Tea Leaf will issue a credit (minus original shipping and handling, if applicable) to the original credit card used to purchase the products.

All sales items (ie. coupon discounts) are final and non-refundable or exchangeable. Please send all further inquiries to info@goldentleaf.com.
