These morel mushrooms are wild harvested in the remote mountains of British Columbia, Canada.
•Minimum stem, if any •WILD harvested and dried morel mushrooms from the forests of northern Canada •ALL natural, gluten-free, kosher, non GMO •Sizes from 3cm. You will get a mix of sizes, and these will be mainly conica. If you only want the larger 5cm+, which are perfect for stuffing, then please only order the 5cm+ morels.
Easy to re-hydrate. Soak in cold water for 10 minutes. Change out the water once, give them a good rinse, squeeze out excess water, and they are ready to use.
These morels are perfect in sauces, stews, sautes, or roasts. Use them as you would any mushroom.
